DOWNTIME
You will experience mild redness post-treatment; however, you can continue with your daily activities immediately afterwards. You can resume wearing makeup 24 hours after your treatment.
TREATMENT CYCLE
A single treatment session lasts no longer than 30 minutes. The number of sessions in a treatment program will depend on the individual patient, but typically varies between 3-4 sessions, every 4-6 weeks.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does this treatment hurt?
No, this treatment does not hurt, but the client will feel an intense warmth within the skin as heat is delivered into the tissue.
How long will the treatment take?
Depending on the areas being treated our team advises clients to allow 1-1.5 hours.
What will my skin look like after the treatment?
Typically most clients will experience some localised erythema (redness) to the area that is treated, which can be present for up to 24 hours. Some individuals have experienced minor oedema (swelling) for 24 hours. “Down-time” is very minimal for this treatment.
How many treatments will I need?
Our team of therapists recommends a minimum of 6-8 treatments, 1-2 weeks in between each session. Clients will see the improvements to the treated area 6-12 months after the course of treatments.
